I was über excited to receive the Dirty Bones Mac Daddy kit having ordered on Wednesday for the Saturday delivery slot. Baggio Burger are situated in Walthamstow, East London. Recommended to me by someone in London, I was told that it was one of the best DIY kits available for the home delivery. After trying Burger and Beyond, Truffle and Mac And Wild the standard has been set quite high. Unfortunately Baggio left me in tears much like its namesake Roberto. If you are after a quick Burger that is of great quality, holds shape, is juicy and flavourful then the SmokeShack at ShakeShack has to be a contender. The patty was full of chargrilled flavour, the bun was terrific and the cheese was the best American cheese I have ever tasted. Instagram served as the inspiration to order the DIY kit from Nanny Bills. The content on their page is a mouthwatering collage of colourful burger variation undisturbed by business advertisement on their DIY kit, a breath of fresh air on social media profiles at the moment.
